Craig joined Turn-key Technologies Inc., in 1992 and became President and CEO in 1999.  In this position Craig is responsible for the overall business direction and management. With over 25 years of business management experience, he is the visionary that has shaped Turn-key Technologies, Inc. into the leader in  communications and data networking that it is today.

Craig has been instrumental in growing the business over 1400% under his leadership and landing Turn-key Technologies, Inc. the honor of being recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 fastest Growing Privately Held Businesses in America. Craig continues to look into emerging technologies and business strategies to ensure Turn-key Technologies, Inc., stays at the forefront of Information Technology and continues to provide their customers with best of breed solutions, along with best of breed service.

Steve joined Turn-key Technologies, Inc. in 1999. For six years he ran the credit and collections department; improving the company’s cash flow, reducing delinquent accounts and growing partner relationships. In 2005, Steve transitioned into the role of COO. In this position he manages multiple levels of all projects, both big and small. From entire school districts to small office buildings, Steve is committed to cost effective management of resources, quality performance, and on-time completion. Steve handles all logistics functions including inventory management, customer service, production planning and distribution. In addition, he also handles all financial activities for the day to day operations.

Chris is responsible for the management, supervision, and quality control of Turn-key Technologies Inc., Project Management, Design, and Consulting Services. Prior to joining Turn-key Technologies Inc., Chris was Ground-to-Air RF Engineer (Ground Radio Career Field) and Installation Spectrum Manager for Andrews Air Force Base, MD, and McGuire Air National Guard, NJ.

Chris managed the Radio Frequency Spectrum for Licensed DOD frequencies worldwide. He was responsible for the implementation and management of a 10-channel Motorola 2-way Radio Trunking System with over 3k users, flight line air traffic control radios, and Presidential radio frequency licensing globally. Chris is certified in  networking under the Certified Wireless Network Professionals (CWNP) program with CWNA, CWSP, CWDP, and CWAP. He is further certified under all manufacturers that Turn-key Technologies Inc., sells and supports. Additionally Chris has been instrumental in building Turn-Key Technologies 24x7x365 TAC.

He has also designed and implemented over 500  networks ranging from a couple of Access Points to a network that encompasses over 3,700 Access  Points during the changing climate of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and the explosion of mobile devices. Furthermore, he has designed and implemented multiple 6 million sq ft outdoor deployments in petrochemical refineries for ground level iPad utilization (using Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint Mesh Networks). 

Tony is responsible for the team of engineers executing the deployment of the technologies sold and supported by Turn-key Technologies Inc. Prior to joining Turn-key Technologies Inc., Tony worked for several firms including the American Stock Exchange and Citigroup where his responsibilities ranged from day to day support to managing enterprise networks and server farms. Tony is certified in  networking under the Certified Wireless Network Professionals (CWNP) program with the CWNA. He is further certified under all the manufacturers that Turn-key Technologies, Inc. sells and supports.

Most notable of the manufacturer certifications is his Aruba ACCP and Extreme ENS/ENA. Recent projects utilizing these certifications were a ClearPass deployment to an educational facility and a network core out replacement. The ClearPass solution was laid out over two campuses supporting over 2,400 BYOD and district-owned devices. The network core out replacement was not only a full replacement of all the network equipment, and network redesign in two campuses, but also included a complete cabling re-design moving from fiber drop per classroom deployment to a IDF/MDF design.

Chris joined Turn-Key Technologies Inc., in 2002. Chris is responsible for the management, quality control, project management, support and network design for a team of engineers executing the deployment of paging terminals, transmitters, antennas, software, network interface devices, and Guardian duress systems.

Chris is certified in networking under Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP). He is further certified under all manufacturers Turn-Key Technologies, Inc sells and supports.  Chris has deployed over 500 systems including Veteran Administration hospitals, Merck pharmaceutical, British Petroleum, Akzo Nobel and numerous psychiatric in and outpatient facilities.

Chris has nearly 25 years of Customer Service experience. Chris has been a member of Turn-Key Technologies, Inc. since 1992 and became National Service Manager in 2002. His responsibilities include: Acquiring, overseeing and maintaining all Maintenance and Support Contracts across the WiFi, Wireless Duress, Wireless Telephony, Gov't and Paging Divisions, to oversee and monitor all repair incidents/trends, and conduct follow-up Customer Service surveys.  Chris also created a standardized S.O.W. (Statement of Work) utilized by TTI/ Veteran Affairs Government Contracts.

Bob joined Turn-key Technologies in 2011, and helped launch TTI Cable, which is the structured cabling division of TTI. Additionally, he created TTI Fiber which is our overseas affiliate for fiber optic cable manufacturing. With over 15 years of experience in both domestic and international trade and sales, Bob has dedicated himself to providing each and every client with the best solution for their networking needs. It has been under Bob’s supervision that he has created an equally experienced and dedicated staff to help support and maintain repeat business from some of the most reputable companies in the industry. Bob is a graduate of Chubb Institute, and along with his certifications in Fiber Optics and Structured Cabling, he has brought TTI Cable to the forefront of solution selling within the networking infrastructure industry.

Jignesh Limbachia joined Turn-key Technologies Inc., in 2010. Jignesh is responsible for overseeing timely delivery of quality technical support service to clients who have contracted technical support service. Jignesh is responsible for delivering high level, consistent and responsive help desk service. This requires both knowledge of the software and hardware systems being supported and effective personnel management skills.
Jignesh is certified in networking under the certified wireless network professional (CWNP) program with the CWNA and Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP). He is further certified under all manufactures at Turn-key Technologies Inc. Jignesh manages the 24/7/365 Help Desk and its staff.

Tony Ridzyowski is responsible for managing the Inside Sales Team, in addition to assisting TTI with marketing, partner relations, team training, and CRM management. Tony began his career at Turn-key Technologies in 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative, where he became a top producer the following year, and achieved the Presidents Club for prospecting calls.

Prior to working at Turn-key Technologies, Tony worked in the network cabling industry as an Account Manager for BAFO Technologies, as well as Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo and Countrywide Home Loans. Tony maintains sales certifications for all manufacturers that Turn-key Technologies sells and supports.
